Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on qualifications and experience
Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.0 hours per day / 12 month position

Applicants for this position must possess the following qualifications:

  • Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent with preference given to additional business education.
  • Must have experience with technology including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications required. Working knowledge of Alio and Synergy preferred but must possess ability to learn school-related software.
  • Require competency in clerical test including demonstrate accurate keyboarding skills of at least 55 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of Special Education regulations as well as state and federal reporting requirements preferred.
  • Must possess math skills required to help oversee the budget for the department.
  • Must be pleasant, courteous and possess the ability to develop effective relationships with students, staff, parents and visitors.
  • Must possess organizational and leadership qualities in office management.
  • Must possess the ability to perform efficiently with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
