Vanguard Fire & Security Systems, Inc. is currently looking for a Special Hazards Systems Installer to install and maintain a variety of special hazard systems. Responsibilities and Duties: Install special hazard systems including FM-200, CO2 , water mist, Inergen and Novec systems Work from blueprints and job diagrams to accurately and efficiently install new systems to the right specifications Install wire, conduit and piping to tie into fire systems Consult with Project Managers to understand challenges found during installation Qualifications: 2-3 years of Fire Protection experience preferred Understand basic mechanical and electrical concepts found at a job site Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office windows programs Have excellent mechanical skills and be able to work from blueprints NFPA or NICET certifications preferred
