As a Culligan Water Installer/Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and servicing residential and light commercial water treatment systems including water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, and other Culligan products. Responsibilities: Install and set up water treatment equipment at customer locations according to specifications and safety standards Perform routine maintenance and service calls Diagnose issues with water systems and recommend appropriate solutions Provide clear instructions and education to customers on system operation and maintenance Ensure all installations comply with local plumbing and building codes Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used Deliver excellent customer service and represent Culligan in a professional manner Load and unload equipment and tools safely Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and workspace Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Plumbing or mechanical experience preferred (license a plus) Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a variety of environments (crawl spaces, attics, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
