Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience Are you a

Responsibilities Design, develop, and modify manufacturing tools,
dies, jigs, and fixtures. Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and
testing of new tooling. Perform root cause analysis and implement
corrective actions for tooling failures. Develop and execute
preventative maintenance plans for production tooling. Collaborate
with production and design teams to optimize tooling performance
and manufacturability. Evaluate and select appropriate materials
and manufacturing processes for tooling components. Implement
continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling life,
efficiency, and quality. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's
degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a
related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in tooling design,
manufacturing, or maintenance within a production environment.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA)
for tooling design and simulation. Strong understanding of various
manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, EDM, and
grinding. Demonstrated knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and
Tolerancing (GD&T) and metrology techniques. Proven ability to
troubleshoot complex tooling issues and implement effective
corrective actions. Bonus Qualifications Experience with additive
manufacturing (3D printing) for tooling. Proficiency in FEA (Finite
Element Analysis) software for tool design validation. Lean Six
Sigma Green Belt certification. Knowledge of advanced materials
