plans, and implement solutions to meet and exceed customer quality

statistical analyses, root cause investigations, and capability
studies to improve manufacturing processes. Develop and standardize
inspection methods, tools, and control plans. Collaborate with
engineering teams to understand part applications and resolve
quality issues. Oversee 1st article inspections, PPAP submissions,
and device calibration. Address non-conformances using the 8D
problem-solving methodology. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering or Quality Assurance (preferred). 1 or more years of
experience in a metal fabrication environment (e.g., stamping,
laser cutting, or assembly). Proficiency in GD&T, statistical
analysis tools, and SolidWorks. Green Belt certification in Six
