Description:This Engineering Coordinator position is responsible for tracking, coordinating and eventually performing technical review of Supplier Management quality audits.-Coordinate audits per customer request and assign best auditor based on customer and industry knowledge, experience, etc.-Track submission of auditor reports-Perform technical, quality review of audit reports-Deliver reports and upload into Intertek or other databases-Knowledge of various Supplier Management, GMP, and 2nd party programs-Provide program technical support to auditors, clients, and customers-Develop relationships with and provide feedback to auditors to improve their performance-Work with Program Managers for proper execution of requirements-Maintain auditor/reviewer qualified status for various Supplier Management, GMP, and 2nd party programsTop Skills Details:Customer Service, Microsoft Office, SchedulingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves:- Experience working in engineering / manufacturing environment- Scheduling, Phone Call, or Email experience needed- Proficient with Microsoft OfficePlus:- Strong attention to detail- Fast paced work environment About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
