Position Summary:As a Network Services Engineer within Acrisure's IT department, you will be tasked with solving the most critical technology challenges facing the business. You will be called on to work collaboratively between IT silos and business functional units to design, deploy, and support Acrisure's technology portfolio. The work you will do is important and will support the tremendous growth that is cementing Acrisure as an industry leader. Responsibilities:Your daily focus will consist of time managing between multiple priorities, including both operational and project workloads. You will be expected to balance your tasks centered around achieving the highest value.You will lead medium and large implementations as well as provide oversight to smaller work efforts. You will play an instrumental role with enabling Acrisure's network portfolio, collaborating cross-functionally with technology architects.You will work with fellow Network teammates or Acrisure IT support to provide top-notch customer service.You will identify ways in which we can optimize technology and process. You understand that these options will align with best practice, and a business case will be needed to relate the need to business objectives.You will spend an appropriate amount of time documenting our technology solutions for internal knowledge sharing using both established and new platforms.Successful Applicants are You identify as a critical thinker and problem solver. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree with an Information Technology emphasis preferred.3- 5 years of Technology experience within a complex IT environmentDesired Skills: Relevant industry recognized certificationsExperience with Cisco and Meraki full stack configurations including ISR, Catalyst, MX, MR, and MS product lines.Experience supporting Cisco and Meraki SD-WAN topologies, a plus if that experience includes interfacing locations to public cloud ecosystems such as Azure and GCP.Relevant experience supporting data center networking including Cisco Nexus and Cisco ACI.Experience managing large, enterprise firewall ecosystems using platforms from Palo Alto and Cisco.Practical exposure to configuration management platforms such as Cisco DNA Center, Prime Infrastructure, Ansible, and APIC-EM.An automation enabled skillset with proficiency in at least 1 scripting language.An understanding of ZTNA and SASE platforms such as Zscaler Private Access.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
