This role will have you leading a team of skilled professionals while ensuring precision and efficiency in every project. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and mentor a team of builders to construct decks and sunrooms from start to finish ? Oversee and manage daily operations on-site, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained ? Collaborate with customers to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction ? Conduct regular inspections to ensure work complies with building codes and regulations ? Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment ? Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team ? Strong understanding of carpentry, framing, and deck/sunroom construction techniques ? Detail-oriented with an emphasis on precision and quality ? Physically fit, comfortable working in various weather conditions ? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills ?
