Apartment Maintenance Technician at Arcadia Grove Apartments in

invitation to apply! Your day-to-day: Diagnose, repair, and
maintain HVAC systems Complete general apartment and property
maintenance tasks Respond to work orders and resident service
requests Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 5 weeks Snow
removal when needed What We’re Looking For: Valid driver's license
and reliable transportation 2 years of hands-on maintenance
experience Compensation & Benefits: Up to $21.00/Hour Annual salary
increases up to 5% Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000
annually On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly
guarantees for call-outs Holiday coverage bonuses Retirement
