It's kind of a big deal!Now that we have talked about all of the great things about ITC, HR requires we include the specific job responsibilities.ABOUT THE SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER JOBSENIOR MARKETING MANAGER SUMMARYThe Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for development and execution of strategic marketing and branding initiatives. This person will provide leadership for the brand marketing and creative teams to increase ITC brand awareness, improve market penetration and competitiveness, and help ITC achieve revenue growth goals.THE CORE DUTIES OF THE SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER
    • Create and lead team to meet department Objectives and Key Results; monitor and communicate metrics and progress regularly.
    • Develop and drive strategic marketing programs, including measurement success.
    • Direct and lead the Marketing team to ensure that research is completed and promotional and marketing assets are created and executed to meet time frames.
    • Assist the team in developing and delivering appropriate field sales enablement tools.
    • Ensure a consistent corporate brand carries across all marketing and communications channels and is woven through the unique brand identities for each industry served.
    • Provide guidance and oversight for website and asset development, social media engagement, and internal messaging.
    • Coordinate research around new product development and market extension opportunities. Communicate emerging solutions and technological advancements in new products.
    • Maintain awareness, analyze, and utilize market trends and metrics. Perform competitor analyses and identify opportunities to increase market share.
    • Integrate user-experience feedback in product updates and innovation.
    • Collaborate with the Product Life Cycle Team (PLC) and other external and internal stakeholders on cradle-to-grave product strategy.
    • Create and execute an annual department budget.
    • Prepare and participate in customer presentations.
    • Lead efforts to provide internal product and brand training sessions.
    • Lead and coordinate tradeshow activities.
    • Coordinate with developers, advertisers, or production managers to market products or services.
    • Serves as a strong role model and trusted resource for ITC team members.
    • Ensures team member compliance with company policies and procedures and offers timely and appropriate discipline when necessary.
    • Provides team members with coaching and opportunities to assist them with reaching their goals and professional development aspirations.
    • Assists with the team member hiring process including interviewing, touring, department orientation, and training.
    • Ensures that employees complete all training and company requirements in timely fashion.
    • Communicates employee concerns with other leaders as necessary and ensures concerns are addressed.
    • Coordinates initial injury and safety incident management including reporting to Human Resources and following appropriate procedures for initial injury care and drug testing. Initiates timely injury investigations and provides suggestions for improvement followed by taking action on resulting decisions.
    • Coordinates all performance management actions for the team and ensures items are accurate and done in a timely manner.
    • Provides opportunities for employee engagement and team building on a regular basis.
    • Notifies Human Resources about potential FMLA situations, harassment concerns, and other items as soon as aware to ensure proper handling.

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
      • 8+ year in marketing leadership role.
      • Working knowledge of digital and print asset development.
      • Strong experience with product development process and product life cycle management with 4+ years of experience preferred.
      • Experience managing diverse brands, creating audience differentiated assets, and developing and promoting value propositions.
      • Creative thinker with critical analyses capability.
      • Proven abilities in strategic thinking and plan implementation
      • Ability to work on and oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic culture. Flexible and able to prioritize required deliverables.
      • Highly adept at leading through influence. Proven ability to deliver results via collaborative teams.
      • Results-driven and confident in communicating with senior leaders to facilitate strategies successfully.PM21
