With 30+ locations and expansion nationwide, we are eager to add hard-working and growth-oriented individuals to our team to keep us growing!We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to take charge of our administrative needs and provide office support for our team. As an office administrator, you will work closely with the Office Manager and be involved in administrative tasks from scheduling meetings, ordering, and organizing office supplies, data, and maintaining schedules. Responsibilities & Duties: Managing the front desk including greeting clients and guests, taking inbound phone calls, and ensuring office environment is organized and professionalSupporting our headquarters through calendar and email management, scheduling appointments, and setting up internal and external meetingsMaking travel arrangements including booking flights and hotel bookingsVendor communication and office supply managementUpdating, organizing, and managing files through our On-Base content management Performing various administrative tasks, scanning, and filing documents, assisting with travel arrangements, and coordinating events. Initiating communication with individuals both inside and outside the organization through emails, phone calls, and other forms of communicationQualifications:1-3 years of administrative assistance experience preferred.Associate degree in business-related field is preferred but not requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable learning new software and working with various technology toolsAbility to work independently on tasks and collaborate with a teamStrong organizational skills for file keeping and administrative tasksBenefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) + Company Match!
