Position: Staff Accountant Location: South Bend, IN (100%

to the success of the company. Overview of the Staff Accountant
role: • Assist with general ledger maintenance, journal entries,
and account reconciliations. • Support month-end and year-end
closing processes. • Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy
in financial data. • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
activities. • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
transactions. • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies
and GAAP standards. • Support external audits by providing
necessary documentation and explanations. • Identify opportunities
for process improvements and efficiencies. Preferred Qualifications
for the Staff Accountant role: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field. • 1-3 years of accounting experience
preferred. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and
financial reporting. • Proficiency in accounting software and
Microsoft Excel. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational
skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $49,000 to $59,000, depending on experience Please Note:
