Senior Business Banking Manager Location: Grand Rapids, MI Compensation: Competitive, experience-based annual bonus full benefits Employment Type: Full-Time A growing Michigan-based financial institution is seeking a Senior Business Banking Manager to lead and grow its business banking division. This leadership role will oversee a team, manage credit decisions up to $250K, and drive process improvements and client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a business banking team Oversee loan processes and credit quality Partner with branches to grow and retain business clients Improve workflows across credit, underwriting, and lending Qualifications: Bachelor’s in business, finance, or related field 5 years in business/commercial banking Strong credit decisioning experience Leadership or branch management experience Familiarity with LOS systems (Abrigo a plus) Valid driver’s license and local travel up to 10% Benefits: Competitive base bonus Full medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan with employer contribution Generous PTO and paid holidays Career development and wellness programs Interested?
