operations. Overview of the Payroll Specialist role: • Accurately
process bi-weekly payroll, adhering to federal, state, and local
regulations. • Handle payroll tax filings, including preparation
and submission of quarterly and year-end payroll tax reports. •
Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records, including
deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings. • Reconcile payroll
accounts, resolve discrepancies, and prepare detailed payroll
reports. • Support compliance with payroll policies, tax laws, and
organizational standards. • Respond to employee inquiries related
to payroll and benefits in a professional and timely manner. •
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll
processing. Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist
role: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or
a related field is a plus but not required. • Proven experience
with payroll processing and payroll tax management. • Familiarity
with payroll software and ERP systems; experience with timekeeping
systems is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax
regulations, and best practices. • Excellent attention to detail,
time management, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage
confidential information with integrity and discretion. • Strong
communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 depending on experience Please
