Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant, to support the Finance team
with accurate reporting, data analysis, and process optimization in
a high-volume environment. This role focuses on Accounts
Receivable, Intercompany Transactions, Allowance for Bad Debt, and
productivity metrics, and is ideal for candidates with strong
accounting knowledge and a passion for efficiency through
automation. Key Responsibilities Support month-end close by
preparing journal entries and reviewing customer debit and credit
memos. Review supporting documentation to ensure accurate,
compliant, and appropriate accounting treatment of receivable
transactions. Consolidate AR reports from multiple ERP systems into
a comprehensive aging analysis. Perform reconciliations for
accounts including cash, AR, intercompany receivables, credit card
clearing, and reserves. Investigate and resolve discrepancies
related to balance sheet accounts. Prepare documentation and
support for internal and external audits. Partner with other
departments to resolve customer account issues and reconcile shared
data. Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making and
drive process improvements. Develop and distribute monthly
dashboards tracking operational and productivity metrics. Ensure
compliance with accounting standards, SOX requirements, and company
policies. Participate in testing and implementation of new software
systems. Prepare reports and documentation to meet SOX control
requirements. Support sales and management teams with AR account
information and reporting needs. Take on additional duties and
special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Minimum of 5 years
of progressive accounting experience, with a strong focus on
Accounts Receivable. Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity
with ERP systems and reporting tools is a plus. Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and process improvement abilities. Experience in a
high-volume environment preferred. Excellent communication and
collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to
