Job Title: Director of Finance Location: South Bend, Indiana
(Hybrid) Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Employment Type: Full-Time

Director of Finance to lead the charge in building our finance and
accounting function from the ground up. This is more than a

was made for you. Key Responsibilities Build & Lead: Develop and
scale all accounting and finance operations, including systems,
reporting, and internal controls. Strategic Finance: Design and
maintain robust financial and revenue models to support
forecasting, growth planning, and investment decisions. Contract
Ownership: Partner with legal to negotiate, manage, and optimize
vendor, client, and operational contracts. People Leadership: Own
HR functions, including policy development, recruitment support,
and benefits administration. Cross-functional Influence: Work
closely with executive leadership to shape and execute the
company's financial strategy and vision. Qualifications Bachelor's
degree in Accounting required; CPA or advanced degree a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance/accounting experience,
including background in public accounting. Demonstrated experience
building finance and accounting infrastructure from scratch in a
fast-paced or emerging environment. Strong fiscal acumen with a
proven ability to lead and grow organizational value through
