Responsibilities:
--- Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual
funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services
--- Participate in educational meetings or seminars relevant to
client risk tolerant and financial objectives for research prior to
offering sound financial advice
--- Assess each client's potential life and financial needs to
create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products
and serves we offer
--- Use a CRM to organize each client's financial status, goals,
cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual
financial plan
--- Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue,
and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted
financial service professional
--- Planning and supporting clients in order to help clients
achieve their professional assist clients in maintaining their
current assets and portfolios and assist with obtaining additional
assets as desired
--- Obtain additional securities license paid for by New York
Life
--- In conjunction with in-office training, we've created a
comprehensive and user-friendly learning experience within New York
Life's online portal system that is accessible anytime, anywhere,
and from any device
--- Advanced opportunities available
Qualifications:
--- Strong relationship management skills and/or experience
required
--- Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential
clients is a must
--- Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts
and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity
--- High school graduate
--- Life and health license a plus
--- The candidate must be an accomplished communicator with strong
verbal and written skills
--- Prior sales and experience preferred
--- Enterprising mindset
--- Strong desire to help others
--- It is also a plus if you have strong interpersonal management
skills
--- Being a self-starter, and capable of working individually as
well as in a team environment
