contribution we makePosition SummaryThe Corporate Accounting
Associate is a key part of the corporate team. This position works
to process and analyze costs and oversees intercompany allocations
to agency partners. This position will also work closely with the
Corporate Accounting Manager on development and implementation of
continuous improvement of processes.This role provides a
competitive compensation and benefit package, including medical
insurance, phone stipend, and a 401(k) match of up to 4% of
salary.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage corporate allocations to
agency partnersIdentify and document allocation methodsAllocate
costs to agencies for general insurance, medical benefits,
licensing, etc.Maintain proforma documentation for agency
costsGenerate ad-hoc proforma vs. allocated costs reports for
management, as requestedGenerate monthly/quarterly reports for
agency partners identifying allocated costsReconcile all High
Street bank accounts on a weekly basis (currently four)Perform
FSA/HSA account reconciliationsApprove AP and acquisition wire
transactions from AP Coordinator in accounting systemPerform
month-end account reconciliationsIntercompanyPrepaid expensesFixed
assetsReview month-end corporate financials, particularly costs by
department, and generate budget vs. actual reports for departmental
leadsCoordinate with third party on lease administration for Agency
PartnersCompile lease documentation for new agency
partnersParticipate in monthly meetings with 3rd party
administratorPeriodically compare lease database with agency rent
costs for reasonabilityHelp build and deploy internal corporate
accounting best practicesHelp develop and analyze business case
processes for unbudgeted corporate expenses and initiativesWork
cross-functionally for the first 3-6 months, assisting with Agency
Accounting and Treasury teamsPerforms other tasks as
requiredDesired CompetenciesTeam-first orientation demonstrated

character.3-5 years of successful experience in a similar
position.Familiarity and hands-on experience with multiple
accounting systems.High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, as well
as Outlook and Word.Flexibility to work in a largely paperless
environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Key
