Job Description:

Kforce's well established multi-plant manufacturer in the Grand Rapids area is looking to add a Plant Controller to its corporate accounting team. This position will report to the Director of Finance, and will be responsible for a $100 million 3 plant operation, the most profitable plants in the company. Responsibilities:

The Plant Controller is responsible for month end close and financial statements preparation
Analyze month-end financial statements and explain results to plant management
Review general ledger drill downs and account reconciliations
As a Plant Controller, you will assist in month-end plant inventory, supervise compilation of inventory results and investigate inconsistent data
Prepare annual budgets for the three plant locations
Assist with year-end reporting requirements and audit preparation
The Plant Controller will prepare ad hoc financial analysis as requested by both the Group and Corporate leadership teams
