As a key member of our Tax Team, the position will assume a strategic role in preparation of tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. The primary day-to-day responsibilities may involve preparation of partnership, corporation, S corporation, review of individual income tax returns, tax department strategic planning, maintaining client relationships, tax projections, opportunities to mentor interns, as well as other duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation and review of Individual, Partnership, Trust, Corporation and S Corporation tax returns
Assist with tax planning
Networking with local businesses and community members
Participates and contributes to firm wide strategic planning and goals
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years practical experience
CPA license or working towards the designation
Experience in employee benefit plan audit's a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong tax knowledge
GAAP knowledge
Must enjoy "taking care" of their clients
Proven time and project management skills, able to effectively manage client relationships and workload

Practices a high level of inclusion and collaboration skills
Pays close attention to detail
Able to adapt to multiple businesses/industries
Ability to work overtime to meet client and firm needs
