Areas of responsibility include Month End Closing, Financial Statement preparation, ADHOC Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Taxes and Audit.Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounting Operations including general ledger, account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable plus month end processing
• Financial advisor to management, providing analysis and planning, budget control, accounting methods and profit/loss reporting.
• Participate in the development of the annual budget
• Develop and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures, chart of accounts, and internal controls
• Provide real time and regular financial performance reporting to internal stakeholders
• Contact for external tax and audit engagements
• Mentor and develop members of the finance teamsRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years in accounting role
  • Accounting in manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • Expertise in Excel
  • ERP ExperiencePreferred Qualifications:
    • CPA or MBA
    • ERP Implementation
